This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) provides details about how Winnebago Industries, Inc. and our affiliates (“Winnebago Industries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and disclose personal information we collect through our websites, apps, and other online and offline services we provide (collectively, the “Services”), including www.winnebago.com, https://www.chriscraft.com/, https://www.granddesignrv.com/, https://www.newmarcorp.com/, https://www.barlettapontoonboats.com/, https://lithionicsbattery.com/, and other websites and apps provided by Winnebago Industries on which the Privacy Policy is posted. Please read this Policy carefully before you use the Services or submit information to us.
Residents of some U.S. states have certain rights with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of their personal information. For more information, please see our U.S. State Supplemental Privacy Notice.
I. Personal Information Collected
We may collect two types of personal information from consumers: (1) information provided by consumers when they interact with us; and (2) information passively collected from consumers when they use our Services.
· Information Provided by Consumers. We may collect personal information consumers voluntarily provide to us, such as when a consumer contracts us via our Services, participates in warranty programs, sends us an email, interacts with our social media account, or otherwise interacts with us. We may collect the following categories of personal information in this manner:
o Contact details, such as name, email address, postal address, and telephone number
o Commercial information, such as products or services purchased, obtained, or considered
o Financial information, such as credit card number
o Audio/electronic recordings, such as recordings of customer service calls
o Inferences drawn from any of the information listed above to create a profile about you reflecting your preferences, characteristics, behavior, and attitudes
· Information Passively Collected from Consumers. We may collect personal information passively through our Services, such as via cookies and other tracking technologies, such as web beacons and pixels. This information may include:
o Identifiers, such as internet protocol address, browser type, browser version, and other unique identifiers
o Commercial information, such as products or services purchased, obtained, or considered
o Geolocation data, such as device location
o Internet or other network information, such as the pages of our Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and the content and advertisements you have accessed or seen
o Inferences drawn from any of the information listed above to create a profile about you reflecting your preferences, characteristics, behavior, and attitudes
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies. A “cookie” is a small file placed on your device when you visit a site that can be understood by the site that issued the cookie. We may use cookies and other technologies, including device identifiers, to collect information and support certain features of our Services. For example, we may use these technologies to:
· Help our Services function properly
· Collect information about the ways consumers use our Services – which pages they visit, which links they use, and how long they stay on each page
· Support the features and functionality of our Services – for example, to save you the trouble of reentering information already in our database or to prompt the settings you established on previous visits
· Personalize your experience when you use our Services
· Improve our marketing efforts, including through use of targeted advertising
Depending on your Internet browser, you may be able to change your settings to block and/or erase cookies from your device. You can check your browser instructions to learn more about these functions. Please note that if you block or reject cookies and similar technologies on our Services, functionality of the Services may be limited.
Web Beacons and Pixels. We may use other, similar technologies from time to time, like web beacons, pixels (or “clear gifs”), and other tracking technologies. Pixels are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that enable us to recognize when someone has visited our Services. This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of visitors from one page within our Services to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to our Services from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, to improve Services performance, to serve targeted advertisements to you and others like you, and to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
If you would like to opt-out of having interest-based information collected by certain entities during your visits to our Services or other websites, please visit http://www.aboutads.info/choices/. You will be directed to an industry-developed website that contains mechanisms for choosing whether each listed entity may collect and use data for online behavioral advertising purposes. It may be that some of the third parties that collect interest-based information on our Services do not participate in the industry-developed opt-out website, in which case the best way to avoid third-party tracking of your online behaviors may be through your browser settings and deletion of cookies.

In this situation, we will seek assurances that the successor entity or purchaser will process personal information collected by us in accordance with this Policy.
We may provide functionality on our Services that allows you to automatically post information to a third-party social media platform (such as Facebook and Twitter). If you choose to take advantage of this functionality, people with access to your profile on the third-party platform will be able to see your post. Thus, you should have no expectation of privacy in those actions. Further, if you choose to link your profile on our Services with an account on a third-party social media platform, we may share the information in your profile with that third-party platform.
